Position: Aircraft Grooming Manager (FT Position)
Grooming Aircraft with expert precision and detail
In grooming, every second counts and we are 100% dedicated to ensuring that our customers’ tight schedules are met. Through our grooming services, we deliver a wide range of aircraft and cabin cleaning functions, including cleaning of seats, vacuuming and sweeping the interior of the aircraft, sanitizing the lavatory and organizing of seat belts, safety cards, etc. as per airline standards.
Job Summary:
To efficiently and profitably support the President of Ramp in directing grooming and cabin services, ensuring adherence to the company’s business model, which prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The nature of this position demands discretion, good judgment and prompt, accurate decision-making, as well as the management of complex situations This role will be subject to regular quality audits to confirm compliance with established service standards and performance expectations.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in grooming operations with strong focus on procedural compliance, safety practices and continuous improvement processes
- Highly motivated self-starter, who can effectively prioritize, multi-task and manage to accomplish objectives within prescribed deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of ground handling operations and cabin cleaning services
- Outstanding communication skills including written, oral, interpersonal and presentation
- Ability to be “on call” 24/7 for emergencies and be able to work variety of shifts including holidays, weekends & overnights
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, to multitask and to lead and motivate people
