Position: Ramp Coordinator (OCC)
Job Summary:
The GTAdnata Operation Control Center (OCC) is the central point of communication for all operational services provided to our YYZ Customers. OCC is responsible for advance and real time planning of allocated resources (both staff and equipment) for the GTAdnata below the wing operation.
Responsibilities:
- Planning/optimizing manpower & GSE allocation.
- Maintaining daily exception logs of all extra hours worked and authorizing over time hours.
- Communication with all levels of management, customers and external partners.
- Record keeping of flight activity information and services provided for invoicing purposes.
- Responsible for briefing and preparation of loading and off-loading instructions provided by operations department and airline customers.
- Strictly comply with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Airport Authority Standards and other applicable Regulations.
- Safety reporting and investigations.
- Delay reporting and investigations.
- Administrative functions as required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma with at least 2 years of aviation experience
- Exceptional communication, time management and manpower planning experience
- Flight Ops and/or Ramp experience a must
- Ability to work variety of shifts including holidays, weekends, overnight & extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
